My Story
Believe it or not, my very first job at the ripe age of 16 was in a small law firm. What started as an after-school file clerk position quickly morphed into a paralegal role, where I was working through pleadings, medical records, and keenly aware of the dreadful billable hour. Needless to say, it left an impression on me.
Over the years, I’ve worn several hats within the legal industry – from paralegal to sales, in-house business development manager to legal SaaS product marketer. And, in between, a successful e-commerce business that scaled internationally to 26 countries.
Firm Innovators is my opportunity to pay it forward to the small firms and solo practitioners that built my career. Throughout the years, I’ve kept a keen eye on process improvement and the motto of “work smarter, not harder” to help optimize business systems through people, processes, and data. It’s my pleasure to leverage these skill sets and empower attorneys to reduce stress and find profitable solutions.
